Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source (minus shipping costs).

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the ZOOZW website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping & restocking costs for returns are $12.99 and are non-refundable.(Non-business reasons)

Returns of prescription eyewear are not allowed.We guarantee our lab work, and will rework any prescription at our cost if there is an issue.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.

If we made a mistake when processing the order, such as making the wrong prescription, sending the wrong items, etc, we will provide a Return Shipping Label for returning the products and will issue a full refund.

If you want to exchange, we will send you the new item(s) after we receive your return package. Please notice that the price of the new item(s) should be equivalent to the original item(s) and the price difference will be needed if there is any.

ADDITIONAL RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.

  • If you are processing a full item return, any free promotional items will need to be sent back with the other product(s). Otherwise you will only receive the refund minus the cost of the promotional items at full price.

Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact Zoozwhelp24h@gmail.com right away so we may replace it for you. 

Items that require repair may take up to four weeks to process, but are usually much quicker.
